At FYPTees, operated by FYP Trend Commerce LLC, we want customers to receive the product they ordered in good condition. Because many of our products are produced on demand, return and refund eligibility depends on the reason for the request.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery.

Change-of-Mind Returns
Because products may be produced specifically after an order is placed, we do not automatically accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
Please review the product details, sizing information, and your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Size Issues
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before ordering. Please review the available Size Guide on the product page before making a purchase.
If you receive a product that does not match the size you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. For this reason, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to help if the order has not yet entered production.
Refunds
If your request is approved for a refund, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an incorrect, damaged, defective, or misprinted item, or another issue for which FYPTees determines that reimbursement is appropriate.
Returned Packages
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
